Lee has devoted her career to the field of Organizational Development and Human Resource/Talent Management. During her many years of experience Lee has worked within large and complex organizations, some of which are comprised of hundreds of small locations. This uniquely qualifies her to deal with organizational issues facing both large and small work teams.

While holding Senior Executive positions with both, national and international companies (Sterling– Senior Vice President and Executive Committee Member; Rowntree-Macintosh, — Corporate Director, Executive Committee Member; Cole National – Director at both the Division and Corporate level) Lee was directly involved in strategic planning, acquisitions and mergers, organizational culture and effectiveness issues, leadership assessment, leadership competency coaching, performance measurement, career development, succession planning, nation-wide training initiatives, start-ups and turn around activities for thousands of employees.

Lee has worked in the consulting arena for fifteen years providing professional and expert guidance in her areas of expertise, as outlined above. Her experience includes consulting for retail, manufacturing, service, utility, financial entities, restaurant chains and law firms. Her primary focus is organizational effectiveness and goal achievement. She uses a “no nonsense” practical, straightforward approach that works particularly well in situations which require focused, constructive and capable leadership.

Lee holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Organizational Behavior And Analysis from Case Western Reserve University and a Communications Degree from Ohio University.

She has been honored as a Gold Consultant by the Carlson Learning Company. Lee is accredited in Team Management Systems processes, Center for Creative Leadership’s Benchmarks program, DiSC, Managing Interpersonal Relationships (Wilson Learning), The Six Thinking Hats (Decision Making), and Culture Compass. She is an Affiliate of Timeline Learning Corporation enabling her to utilize TL assessment and development programs, including The Corporate Culture Map processes.
